Stay hydrated by consuming a lot of fluids. This would help with nasal decongestion, which is important to alleviate inflammation in the sinuses. A sufficient intake of liquids can thin out the nasal mucus and help relieve sinus headaches. Ideally, everyone should drink at least 2 liters on a daily basis. Plain water is the best option. While fruit juice can be great, it is often high in calories and added sugar. In case you want flavored water, just add a slice of lime or lemon.
