Sociopaths usually think that they are the best man in the world. This makes them unresponsive to complaints and criticism. Also, they might have an inflated self and do not care about anything else except themselves. It is not uncommon for these people to think that they deserve the greatest things without considering others’ well-being. In most cases, sociopaths will have unrealistic views of their capabilities. For instance, they might think that they are perfect at playing sports or working, while it is not actually true. In some ways, this symptom is quite similar to that of narcissists. [10]
