5Inactivity
Those people who lead an inactive or sedentary lifestyle can be at a higher risk of developing osteoporosis. High-impact exercises like running, dancing, or hiking can help build and maintain the density and mass of your bones. When you do not move often, your bones tend to become weaker, especially when you become older. Therefore, it is recommended to spend at least 15 to 30 minutes per day to work out and improve bone strength.[5]
