10Personal Triggers
Some anxiety triggers can be personal such as a location, smell, or song which is associated with a bad memory or feeling. This condition often happens due to post-traumatic stress disorder. For example, a soldier noticing a loud bang might think the noise as gunfire and thus trigger anxiety. It can be difficult to find out these unconscious causes on your own. However, a therapist would help you deal with this process and unease your mind. [10]
