10Wearing Tight Clothing
Avoid wearing tight jewelry or clothes because they might limit the flow of your blood and fluids in the body. This will eventually increase the risks of developing neck or head lymphedema. If your bracelets, rings, watch, pants, or sweaters feel tight, make sure to stop wearing or try to loosen them. Ideally, those items should be loose-fitting and not constrain your movements. Constriction around your wrist, leg, arm, neck and other parts of the body would lead to fluid accumulation in these areas. [10]
