9Shorten the Shower
Many people would think that having a long shower in the water would keep their skin always smooth and glowing. However, this is completely wrong. Spending too much time showering would actually dry out the complexion by stripping away oils from the surface. This makes you look dull and tired, especially after showering with hot water. Thus, avoid staying the bath or shower for more than 10 minutes. Also, cool down the temperatures to enhance blood circulation, which can freshen your skin tone and boost the immune system. Unless you work out or do other physical activities that make you sweaty, showering once per day is the best option to prevent dry skin. [9]
