7Proper Clothing
Some types of clothing make it more challenging to eliminate bladder infections. This is because bacteria can grow well in moist and warm conditions. For women, tight-fitting underwear or jeans would trap moisture and sweat in some delicate body parts. This creates a breeding ground for bacteria around the vagina and areas around the bladder. For this reason, it is better to choose cotton clothing as well as loose skirts or pants to prevent bacterial growth and improve air circulation. Avoid nylon and non-absorbent fabrics.
