Some home remedies can help improve vision and control eye pressure in people with glaucoma:
– Reducing caffeine intake: Taking in too many fluids, especially caffeine, would increase eye pressure.
– Work out safely: Exercising regularly would lower eye pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma. Consult your doctor to have a safer program.
– Have a healthy diet: You should consume foods with essential nutrients and vitamins for eye health, including vitamin A, C, E, antioxidants, selenium, copper, and zinc.
– Sleep with an elevated head: Raising your head slightly while sleeping can lower eye pressure.[6]
