5Is Exposure Therapy Effective In Treating Anxiety?
Previous studies have shown that anxiety disorders can be effectively treated with exposure therapy. In fact, up to 60 to 90 percent of those with these problems show almost no signs or very mild symptoms of the original condition after completing a course of treatment with exposure therapy.
