13Drink Water
When the levels of enzymes in your liver increase, it will affect some basic functions of this organ. Since the liver is responsible for filtering harmful substances, this might lead to an accumulation of those components. Thus, drinking sufficient water can be helpful in helping the liver get rid of waste products more effectively. It is better to drink at least 2 liters of fluids each day to reduce your liver’s work burden. Some important times during the day to drink water include waking up, before and during each meal, before and after a workout session, and before going to sleep. [13]
