7Stage 4
The last stage of congestive heart failure might cause some debilitating and serious symptoms at most times during the day. Some typical signs, such as shortness of breath, heart palpitations, or coughing would occur even when you are resting or sleeping. It is nearly impossible to do any physical activities without one of these symptoms. There is currently no cure for congestive heart failure at this stage, but there are many palliative care methods to help you improve your quality of life. However, these options tend to be expensive and time-consuming. Make sure to consult your healthcare provider for the pros and cons of each method before deciding. [7]
