10Reading after Cataract Surgery
After cataract surgery, many people are afraid of using their eyes. However, this is not a concern as you would read or do most normal tasks without delaying the healing process. One thing to keep in mind is that an extended period of reading or using the computer would cause your eyes to dry out quickly as they don’t blink often. In these cases, using eye drops or artificial tears is recommended. Also, you might need a new prescription for your reading glasses or bifocals. [10]
