6Morning Sickness
Morning sickness and nausea often occur after the first fourth weeks. Despite the name, this sign would happen any time during the day and night. It is still not totally clear what triggers the sensation, but scientists believe that hormones would play a key part. Many people experience morning sickness, ranging from mild to severe during their first trimester. At the end of the period, the problem would become more intense before improving in the second trimester. To settle nausea or morning sickness, try eating saltine crackers before getting up. Also, drinking a lot of water can help. [8]
