11Food Addiction
It is possible to develop an addiction to certain foods, especially junk foods. Once you are not able to control how much food you take and the type of food you eat, there is a tendency that you will become overweight. Addiction is a complicated thing to overcome, and if you are already addicted to overeating, it might be hard for you to lose weight without getting over your food addiction. Food addiction can also nullify any effort you put into physical exercise because for you to be able to control your weight, there has to be a balance between what you eat and physical activities.[10]
