4Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is one of the most common options to deal with wounds and infections in humans. And the same goes for dogs. You can mix this substance with a small amount of lukewarm water and stir thoroughly. Fill in a dropper and add several drops on the infected ear. Massage in 1 minute and wipe out the solution with a cotton ball or clean tissue. This will remove any bacteria and loosen the earwax. A good alternative to hydrogen peroxide is plantain tincture, which is a combination of plantain herb and rubbing alcohol. [4]
