12Caffeine
Caffeine is found in most painkillers. It is also found in coffee, black and green tea, cocoa, cola soft drinks, and energy drinks. It is a stimulant that acts on the brain and nervous system. One surprising and as well ironical fact about caffeine is that it serves as both the cause and cure for headaches. Caffeine, when consumed in large amount which the body cannot tolerate, can lead to migraine headaches. Also, if you are the type who takes caffeinated drinks every day, withdrawal from this routine can result in headache because you have groomed your body to be dependent on it. [11]
