Other common symptoms of Kawasaki disease include diarrhea, joint inflammation or arthritis, nail color changes, abnormal heart valve muscle, abdominal or stomach pain, high white blood count, fluid retention, or pericarditis. Less common but often serious signs include vomiting, nausea, inflamed heart muscle, meningitis, jaundice, liver inflammation, cranial nerve paralysis, congestive heart failure, and abnormal heart rate. Urgent medical attention is needed as soon as you notice these problems to prevent further complications and ensure proper treatments. [10]
