Loss of appetite is another common symptom associated with ovarian cancer. Moreover, alongside experiencing a complete loss of appetite, most ovarian cancer patients also experience acute difficulty in eating or swallowing food. In general, pain in swallowing is a sign often most associated with other cancer forms, such as lung cancer or oesophageal cancer. However, even ovarian cancer can lead to difficulty in swallowing and a complete lack of hunger.
