8Sciatica
Sciatica is usually caused by a bone spur or herniated disk that triggers pain down the legs or in the lower back. In fact, this issue is related to a pinched nerve in the back. The sensation would radiate and cause leg or hip pain. In mild cases, the condition tends to subside quickly over time. However, immediate medical attention is needed when you have weakness or numbness in the legs, feel serious pain after an accident, or cannot control the bladder or bowels. The main goal of treating sciatica is to reduce pain and increase mobility. [8]
